ILLINOIS TO BETTER SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS!

NEW FINGERPRINTING LOCATIONS IN SEPTEMBER: 

• CANTON, ELAM PRIVATE DETECTIVE—As the Illinois Department of Public Health rolls out their new program, we are pleased to offer another location for all of our customers in the western part of Illinois.  We will have a technician at Elam Private Detective, 40 East Ash Street, Suite 1 on Monday, September 20th from 9:00-1:00pm.  Please visit us in Canton for all of your fingerprinting needs.
• PEKIN, YWCA—Our newest location in the Peoria area is at the YWCA of Pekin.  We will have a technician at 315 Buena Vista in Pekin on Friday, September 17th from 9:00-1:00pm for all of our customers needs.  We are hopeful that we will be able to expand our times at this site in the future.
• WAUKEGAN, SCHOOL BUS COMPANY—We are changing our location in the Waukegan area to the Illinois Central School Bus Company located at 415 Green Bay Road.  Our technician will be available for fingerprinting on Friday, September 10th and 24th  from 9:00-1:00pm.  We are hoping that this location will be more convenient for our customers in this area.
• OLYMPIA FIELDS, ST. JAMES OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH—We are very excited to have another location for our customers on the south side of Chicago.  Please visit us at St. James Occupational Health Dept. at 20201 S. Crawford on Wednesday, September 8th and 22nd from 9:00-1:00pm.  Our technician will be happy to provide fingerprinting for all of your applicants.
  

LOCATIONS WE WILL NO LONGER BE FINGERPRINTING AT:

• CHICAGO STATE UNIVERSITY—Due to construction on the campus of Chicago State University, we will no longer be able to provide fingerprinting at this location.  Please check our September schedule posted online for other locations in this area.
• QUINCY, BIG RIVER INVESTIGATIONS—We are no longer using Big River Investigations for our site in Quincy.  We will be back at the DCFS office on Tuesday, September 21st  for ALL our customers in the Quincy area.  Please note the shorter hours of this day as our tech will be available from 10:00-1:00pm only.
• WAUKEGAN, LAKESIDE TRANSPORTATION—We will no longer be fingerprinting at Lakeside Transportation in Waukegan.  We want to thank them for their hospitality over the last 4 years in offering a convenient site for the entire community.  We will still be in Waukegan, but at a new location .  Please visit us at 415 Green Bay Road, at the Illinois Central School Bus Company on Friday, September 10th  and 24th  from 9:00-1:00pm.
  

LOCATIONS WHERE THE DAYS OR TIMES FOR FINGERPRINTING WILL CHANGE:

• JEFFERSON PARK, MAIN OFFICE, 4849 N. Milwaukee Ave.— We are expanding our hours every day in the Main Office!  Our regular office hours will now be from 9:00-5:00 pm every Tuesday through Friday. Please note the extended ending time on the weekdays.  We will be open LATE in Jefferson Park every Monday.  Our technicians will be available for fingerprinting until 7:00 PM every Monday for your convenience. We are also open every Saturday from 9:00-12:30 and 1:30-4:30 pm.
• CAROLE ROBERTSON CENTER, 2020 W. ROOSEVELT—With the increase in business on the west side of Chicago, we are thrilled to be available every Wednesday and every Thursday in September at this location.  We will also be open for  fingerprinting ALL of our customers and not just those affiliated with DCFS.  This should provide a broader offering of locations for our customers west of the city.
• NAPERVILLE, 1755 PARK STREET, SUITE 200—We have added another day to our second site in Naperville.  Our technician will be fingerprinting every Thursday in September as regularly scheduled, but we are also adding Friday, September 10th and 24th from 9:00-1:00pm for our busy season.  Please note this additional day in the Naperville-Aurora area.
• MAYWOOD, SCHOOL BUS COMPANY—We are changing the day at our location in Maywood at the First Student Bus Company.  Please note that our technician will be in Maywood on Tuesday, September 21st from 9:00-12:30pm and 1:30-4:00pm.
• SOUTH HOLLAND, SCHOOL BUS COMPANY—With the demand for fingerprinting increasing in the southside area, we have added a day to our site in South Holland at the First Student Bus Company.  We will be available every Tuesday in September from 9:00-12:30 and 1:30-3:30pm.  Our technician will also be in South Holland as regularly scheduled every Friday for your fingerprinting needs.
• KANKAKEE/BOURBONNAIS, DCFS OFFICE—Please visit us at the DCFS office in Kankakee at 505 S. Schuyler every Wednesday in September.  Our technician will be fingerprinting every Wednesday from 9:00-2:00pm for ALL of our customers in this area.
• ROCKFORD, ACCURATE BIOMETRICS OFFICE—We are continuing to add days and hours to our office  in Rockford.  We will be available every Monday except Labor Day as regularly scheduled, but will also be open on Thursday, September 9th  and 23rd offering later hours for our working customers.  Our Thursday hours will be from 10:30-2:00pm and 3:00-6:00 pm.  We have also kept our  Fridays in Rockford for our August schedule.  We will be open on Friday, September 17th from 9:00-12:30 and 1:30-4:30pm.  Our Saturday hours on September 11th and 25th will be from 9:00-1:00pm.
• CHAMPAIGN, ILLINI PLAZA—We are adding an additional day to our time in Champaign in September.  Please look for our technician every Monday except Labor Day during the regular hours, but also Thursday, September 2nd, 16th, and 30th from 1:00-6:00pm. We are extending our hours for our working customers as the IDPH mandate rolls out in this area.  
• MT. CARROLL, COMMUNITY HOUSE—We are changing our day at the Community House in Mt. Carroll.  We will be in Mt. Carroll on Thursday, September16th from 11:00-2:00pm.
• NORMAL, ILLINOIS STATE UNIVERSITY—With the return of students at ISU, we will be adjusting our hours on campus.  Please make note that we will be available every Wednesday in September from 10:00-4:00pm.  We will be in the Bone Student Center, F/S Conference Room, for your convenience.
• ZEIGLER, ZEIGLER REHAB AND CHIROPRACTIC PAIN MANAGEMENT—We are reducing the days we are available for fingerprinting at our location in Zeigler.  Please note that we will be fingerprinting on Mondays, except Labor Day, Wednesdays, and Fridays in September.  We will have a technician on site from 9:00-11:00 and 12:00-5:00pm every Monday, except Labor Day, Wednesday, and Friday.  We will also be open every Saturday from 9:00-12:00 for those of you not able to visit us earlier in the week.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR GROUPS OF PEOPLE NEEDING TO BE FINGERPRINTED

• If you plan to send a group of 10 or more, at one time, to any of our fingerprinting locations, please call our main office, toll free, at 1-866-361-9944 to find out at what time it would be best to send your group. This will help to speed up service to you at our sites and prevent your group from waiting once they arrive at our fingerprinting site.
• If you have a group of 20 or more that need to have fingerprints taken, we would be glad to come to your organization or company at a scheduled time reserved just for your group. Just call us, toll free, at 1-866-361-9944 for details, and how to schedule this.Directions to our facilities are linked to Google/Map quest for your convenience.
